This class was very welcoming and informative. I am a beginner and tend to have social anxiety. They made this class welcoming and comfortable. The information was well presented and the post class tutorial was a ton of fun.

I’m so glad that I finally got the opportunity to take this class. Super informative and definitely provided new insights. Even has someone who is experienced in kink itself the focus on empowering the bottom to be well informed and learn how to play safely and work on the vetting process is super important and such an amazing thing to see! Love every minute can’t wait to learn more and grow in this journey!

All Tied Up’s safety and intro class is by far the most comprehensive and relevant I’ve attended. As a bottom, I’ve experienced several different “getting started” classes with new riggers over the years, all of which gave the same basic info. Renee’s contribution to All Tied Up truly sets it apart. Her inclusion and even emphasis on bottom education is undoubtedly paving the way for a safer community for everyone.

I have wanted to join All Tied Up for some time now, and finally I had a chance to attend their Getting Started class this past week. It was a small, intimate group, which allowed for many questions and interesting conversations. The class was informative and very educational, covering some things that were already known to me, but also many details – especially in the area of negotiation and vetting – that I found very useful. I am looking forward to start coming to more ATU events in the future!

Was great to hear the measures taken to begin and perform shibari!

This is a really great intro course to soft skills for being involved in a BDSM community, which are so important! As well as some general basics of rope. It’s kinda like BDSM 101 specifically within the context of rope. We went over negotiation, communication, vetting, post-scene dynamics, and so much more! And we got to touch different kinds of rope too! Came with a handy flyer and online courses! Dan really wants to make sure you learn knowledge and the wisdom he learned from him and his wife’s mistakes, and the mistakes from others. I feel like I’m in good hands teacher-wise and am supported in my journey with rope!

Dan made it so easy to feel comfy. I’m super excited to join the community
